Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched for delivery. Please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
After Dispatch: Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it due to the perishable nature of our products.
Flower Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability and market fluctuations, we reserve the right to substitute flower varieties and colors of equal or greater value without prior notice. Any substitutions will maintain the overall style, theme, and value of the arrangement.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we handle each case individually.
Refunds
Quality Concerns: If your flowers arrive in a substandard condition or do not match the description on our website, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the condition and, if applicable, offer a replacement or a refund.
Non-Delivery: If your flowers have not been delivered, please inform us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will investigate and, if the non-delivery is confirmed, offer a full refund or a replacement.
Late Delivery: While we strive to deliver on time, occasionally delays may occur. If the delay is significant and caused by us, we will offer a partial refund or a discount on your next purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the unique nature of each floral arrangement. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will find the best way to address your concerns.
Gift Orders
If you have received our flowers as a gift and are dissatisfied with them, please have the purchaser contact us directly, as the same policies apply.
